Acne is a skin condition that affects a lot of people today, not just teenagers undergoing puberty and hormonal changes, but also adults. Although so hormonal fluctuation in the body may be the primary trigger of pimple, diet also plays a part. Eating the wrong types of meals not just contributes to diseases like obesity and diabetes, but also creates an imbalance in the body.
